KNOW THE ACADEMY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COURSE:

Founded by direct disciples of Carl Rogers, PCP Academy is a study center specializing in the Rogerian theory of Person-Centered Psychology located in California, USA, which inspires psychotherapists and other professionals to further professional development.

Antonio is a PhD in psychology, psychotherapist, organizational consultant, teacher, writer and international speaker in the public and private sectors with over thirty-three years of experience. He has worked in several locations and countries in North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Founding member of IIMPAZ, Institute of psychotherapy in Brazil, founder and co-director of the PCP Academy, and co-director of the Center for Studies of the Person.

Will has been consulting with people in organizations for more than fifty years, coaching individuals, facilitating groups and mediating in conflict situations. He is a member of the Center’s Enterprise for Creative Leadership, a staff member of the Center’s La Jolla Program, director of the Carl R. Rogers Memorial Library at The Center, founder and co-director of the PCP Academy, and co-director of the Center for Creative Leadership Studies on the person.

The course also has the presence of four professors who are also members of the PCP ACADEMY.
